An Adventure in Outdoor Learning

Eadon Forest Conservation Club is a living laboratory and incubator for agro-forestry innovation. Our goal is to work with the land and people interested in learning and about food forests, permaculture design, and regenerative farming practices. We will offer workshops and fun outdoor games that encourage people to spend time in nature and inspire passion to conserve it for future generations.

How we will farm CO2

Eadon Forest Conservation Club will collect dead wood from the property grounds and from other sources like slash piles from logging sites, and we will use that biomass to create hugelkultur carbon sinks in Eadon Forest. We will use those hugelkultur carbon sinks to grow native flowers for pollinators, and food for local food banks.

The Carbon Farmers

Boone Bergsma

Forest Ranger

Property owner and passionate tree lover. Being outside in the forest is one of my favorite places, and working with my hands to grow plants and build gardens is fun for me.

Dalton Norris

Lead Forester

Walking distance from the job site. And I enjoy working outside, building with repurposed materials and cleaning up dead trees up to use for better purposes.

Chelsea Lyon

Lead Gardener

I am less than 10 miles for the job site. Love hiking, photography, and being creative. I have been a para educator to special needs kids for the last few years and hope to teach them gardening.
